Hello Marzanne (and the
rest of the staff),
I haven’t yet had the
opportunity of thanking you for the excellent
service provided by Mount Sheba during
the visit of my group on the 23rd October.
I can assure that the great service has not been forgotten.
I have just been out of the country for a few weeks, and
didn’t get the chance to express my appreciation
before I left.
I had great reviews from our guests, who were all impressed
with the high standards. Unfortunately I wasn’t able
to share the experience, but I will get the opportunity
to visit soon.
It was a real pleasure to deal with
you through all the changes and your support was extremely
valued.
